Liberty Square Group Announces Jon Patsavos as New Senior Vice President

BOSTON – The Liberty Square Group is pleased to announce the addition of Jon Patsavos as its new Senior Vice President for Marketing and Government Relations. Mr. Patsavos brings over ten years of fundraising and political experience to the Liberty Square Group, and will be providing its wide range of clients with a variety of government and business solutions.

Prior to joining the Liberty Square Group, Mr. Patsavos successfully raised money for Senator John Kerry’s re-election campaigns as well as his presidential campaign.  In 2004, Mr. Patsavos worked as Senator Kerry’s New England Finance Director during his campaign for President, based out of the Boston campaign office.   In that capacity, Mr. Patsavos’ responsibilities included developing and implementing a finance plan for the New England region, oversight of all the regions fundraising events, and development of new donors.  Mr. Patsavos raised a record 34M from the New England region for Senator Kerry’s campaign. 

Mr. Patsavos recently worked as the New England Finance Director for Senator Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign based out of Boston.  In addition to Mr. Patsavos’ fundraising duties, he was also responsible for running the Boston satellite office and worked with local elected officials and supporters that wanted to support the Senator’s campaign.

In addition to Senators Kerry and Clinton, Mr. Patsavos has worked for other elected officials and organizations including Congressmen Jim McGovern and Joe Kennedy and the Democratic National Committee and has had a client base that includes Senator Jeanne Shaheen, Chairman David Obey and Congresswoman Niki Tsongas.
