Amy L. Goodrich

As of May 2010, Ms. Goodrich has taken a leave of absense from the Liberty Square Group to join a political campaign. We're looking forward to her return after campaign season.

Amy Lambiaso Goodrich, Senior Vice President for Communications and Public Affairs, is responsible for assisting a variety of clients in delivering their message to the public or decision maker. Prior to joining the Liberty Square Group in January 2007, Ms. Goodrich worked as a press secretary for former Lieutenant Governor Kerry Healey's 2006 gubernatorial campaign.

Ms. Goodrich brings a depth of experience in local and state politics and government, having worked for three years as a reporter for the State House News Service, where her daily writing would vary from tax policy to health care, education and politics. Prior to her time on Beacon Hill, Ms. Goodrich was the lead Education Reporter for the Daily News Transcript, covering the towns of Norwood, Dedham, Walpole, and Westwood, and was the lead reporter covering Scituate for the Community Newspaper Company. During her journalism career, Ms. Goodrich has often been responsible for breaking stories about state and local government, monitoring the Massachusetts Legislature, and informing the public about legislative and political news and events. As a journalist, Ms. Goodrich appeared as a guest on Keller At Large with political analyst Jon Keller and on NewsNight with NECN's Jim Braude.

Broadening her experience in journalism, Ms. Goodrich spent time in 2001 at the British Broadcasting Company magazine Good Food, where she helped coordinate and design new features within the magazine. Ms. Goodrich also penned work as a Sports Reporter for several daily newspapers in Syracuse, N.Y.

While at the Liberty Square Group, Ms. Goodrich works closely with clients looking to build coalitions of support and deliver their message to the public. Some of those clients include the Construction Industries of Massachusetts, Massachusetts Organization of State Engineers and Scientists, the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe, the Coalition for Patent Fairness, the Coalition for Safe and Innovative Medicine, the Food Before Fuel Campaign, Brockton Clean Energy, Consumers for Technology and Cable Choice, and Delta Airlines.

Ms. Goodrich is a graduate of Syracuse University, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science and her Master's degree in Journalism from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
