He has over twelve years of experience in devising legislative strategies for corporations, universities, hospitals, and other institutions -- both large and small. His clients benefit from his skills and knowledge of the appropriations process, as well as his policy expertise, gained from his time on the staff of Senator Edward M. Kennedy.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Oliveira served as General Counsel and Senior Vice President at a prominent government relations firm based in Washington, DC. Before joining the firm, Mr. Oliveira served as Staff Counsel to Senator Kennedy, where he coordinated appropriations requests from the Massachusetts delegation and constituents.
