Jon Patsavos

Jon Patsavos, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Government Affairs of the Liberty Square Group, provides strategic government and business solutions to a range of clients.  Mr. Patsavos brings over ten years of fundraising experience by working closely with area business leaders, elected officials and organizations.

Prior to joining the Liberty Square Group, Mr. Patsavos successfully raised money for Senator John Kerry’s re-election campaigns as well as his presidential campaign.  In 2004, Mr. Patsavos worked as Senator Kerry’s New England Finance Director during his campaign for President, based out of the Boston campaign office.   In that capacity, Mr. Patsavos’ responsibilities included developing and implementing a finance plan for the New England region, oversight of all the regions fundraising events, and development of new donors.  Mr. Patsavos raised a record 34M from the New England region for Senator Kerry’s campaign. 

Mr. Patsavos recently worked as the New England Finance Director for Senator Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign based out of Boston.  In addition to Mr. Patsavos’ fundraising duties, he was also responsible for running the Boston satellite office and worked with local elected officials and supporters that wanted to support the Senator’s campaign.

In addition to Senators Kerry and Clinton, Mr. Patsavos has worked for other elected officials and organizations including Congressmen Jim McGovern and Joe Kennedy and the Democratic National Committee and has had a client base that includes Senator Jeanne Shaheen, Chairman David Obey and Congresswoman Niki Tsongas.

Mr. Patsavos grew up on Cape Cod and currently lives in Boston’s historic Back Bay with his wife Caroline.
