George H. Schadler III

As Office Manager and Account Coordinator, George Schadler oversees information technology resources and client, administrative and organizational development initiatives at the Liberty Square Group. He brings over eight years of experience in the fields of office management, technology support and organizational communications. Mr. Schadler builds and implements company-wide processes and procedures, facilitates the successful collaboration of LSG’s consultant teams, develops and maintains technological tools, manages administrative support and internship programs and provides executive assistance to the President.

Prior to joining the Liberty Square Group, he served as the Statewide Administrative Director of a non-profit community development organization. Hired as the first paid staffer and rising to senior-most full-time Director, Mr. Schadler transformed policies and procedures, implemented internet collaboration tools and recruited and supervised staff and volunteers to enable the non-profit to double in size twice in two years to serve over twelve communities throughout Pennsylvania. He has also coached advertising executives as an advertising research analyst for a Tribune Company newspaper, assisted international clients as a cellular network support specialist, developed and ran the regional office of a voter outreach organization and trained and supported faculty as an IT technician for a public high school.

Mr. Schadler has also provided office management, technology support and executive assistance to a number of Pennsylvania political campaigns, ranging from Mayor to United States Congress. Active in his community from an early age, Mr. Schadler has served as a Representative to the Allentown School Board and as a Delegate to the first-ever Pennsylvania Non-Profit Congress.

Mr. Schadler graduated with distinction from Muhlenberg College with a Bachelor of Business Administration and holds a Master of Science in Corporate and Organizational Communications from Northeastern University. He is currently a Fellow of the StartingBloc Institute for Social Innovation.
